Now, therefore, the Grantee accepts the FY22 Statement of Grant Award under the conditions <br />above including the special requirements in the grant application and the State nent of Grant <br />Award as evidenced by this agreement, executed by the official authorized to q. ign the original <br />grant application, or the official's designated successor, as presiding officer o and on behalf of <br />the governing body of this grantee; and <br />The Motor Vehicle Crime Prevention Authority has awarded the above -referenced gr t subject to the <br />availability of state funds. The approved budget is reflected in the above Approved Grant Budget <br />Summary. This grant is subject to and conditioned upon the acceptance of the MV CPA Grant <br />Administrative Guide promulgated for this specific program fund (referenced ab e) by the Motor <br />Vehicle Crime Prevention Authority. Applicable special conditions are listed below. <br />Special Conditions and Requirements (MVCPA will only apply special conrtrons to applicable <br />jurisdictions): <br />X Resolution Required — Grantee must submit an adopted and executed solution meeting all <br />requirements of the MVCPA Request for Applications issued May 3, 2021. Once the Grantee adopts a <br />resolution meeting the RFA and state rules, the resolution must be submitted inte the on-line grant <br />application system for FY2022. The original resolution submitted with this FY22 grant did not cite <br />Transportation Code 1006 as required by the MVCPA. <br />X Intelligence Sharing - The grantee is required to ensure that Law Enforc ment personnel funded in <br />whole or in part by this grant actively participate in Law Enforcement intelligence sharing webinars and <br />Motor Vehicle Crime Investigator Virtual Command Centers organized and pron toted on behalf of the <br />MVCPA program operation and statewide collaboration. <br />X Multi -agency grant - The grantee is required to complete and maintain i <br />all participating subgrantees as required by law and TxGMS. The grantee must c <br />monitor and ensure grant compliance of subgrantees.
