Presentations may include electronic roll call <br />presentations to law enforcement documents, shift BOLOs and other written or presented materials based on local <br />agencies (non TCOLE) practices. <br />Grant Evaluation <br />4.1 Describe the local method and/or practice used to collect the data for reporting Goals, Strategies, and Activities and to evaluate the <br />grant program effectiveness. Describe management and staff participation. Include descriptions of systems (forms and software) <br />that will be used to ensure reliable and accurate data is collected and reported. Describe any other evaluation methods used in the <br />applicant agency to determine effectiveness or cost efficiency of the program. <br />The Task Force is comprised of only (2) two Detectives. Theses Detectives assigned to the criminal investigative division of the <br />Paris Police Department, and Lamar County Sheriff's Offrce . The Task Force uses data in the City of Paris Computer Information <br />System, Lamar County Report Management System, and the IBR numbers provided through the systems. Both Detectives are <br />assigned cases by their Criminal Investigation Divisions, and these cases are tracked and kept up with for evaluation and reporting <br />to the grant management system. <br />Both report management systems can be researched and audited to determine the number of cases assigned, referred to <br />prosecutors, and arrests made. The systems are designed to be able to give a complete and precise (as possible) numeric <br />account of the crimes related to auto theft and burglary of motor vehicles.
