Board Member, Dr. Hashmi was absent. The Board had a quorum in attendance. <br />Invocation <br />Mr. Terrell gave the invocation. <br />Welcome and OoeninF!4-Remarks <br />Mr. Bray welcomed the new Board Members to the meeting and acknowledged the City Council Members in <br />attendance to the meeting. <br />Recognition of Outgoing Board Member Ms Shay Bills <br />Mr. Bray thanked Ms. Bills for her hard work and dedication to the Board and to the Paris community. Ms. Hammond <br />presented Ms. Bills with a plaque in recognition of her passion and hard work on the Board. <br />Welcome of New Board Members <br />Mr. Bray welcomed the new Board Members Mark Homer and Erik Roddy and congratulated Dr. A) Hashmi on his <br />reappointment to the Board. Dr. Hashmi and Mark Homer are filling three-year terms and Erik Roddy is filling a one- <br />year term open when Mihir Pankaj joined the City Council. <br />
