<br />r) <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />87 -072 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did <br />heretofore, on the 10th day of March, 1986, in Resolution <br />No. 86-023, award the contract for construction of 1985 <br />Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements, Proj ect No. <br />15-86-21 to Four Thirteen, Inc.; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Special Projects Engineer, John Buss, <br />recommends the amendment of said contract by Change Order <br />No. 2 attached hereto as Exhibit "A", which provides for a <br />net increase in contract price of $13,450.00 to a total of <br />$1,538,730.00, for installing seal water system for grit <br />pump, modifying piping from grit concentrator to screens, <br />installing safety railing and grating over pista-grit unit, <br />installing auto-restart on effluent pumps, and installing <br />air conditioner in motor control center, NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, That the contract for 1985 Wastewater Treatment Plant <br />Improvements, Project No. 15-86-21 with Four Thirteen, Inc. <br />is hereby amended by Change Order No. 2 attached hereto as <br />Exhibit "A" and the Mayor of the City of Paris, Billy Joe <br />Burnett, is hereby authorized and directed, on behalf of the <br />City of Paris, to execute said Change Order. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted this 13th day of July, 1987. <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~~e-~~\.\.~\~~ <br />Mattie unning am, y erk <br /> <br /> <br />FORM: <br /> <br />~.c.-~ <br />aynes, City Attorney <br />
