CIVIC CENTER <br />PARIS,,TX � <br />2021-2022 <br />Program of Work <br />Continue to address and utilize the Long -Term Planning Committee's facility assessment for <br />improvements, and specifically address the following opportunities for improvement: <br />• Continue HVAC. upgrades throughout the building <br />• Continue working with City in the renovation of the Love Civic Center <br />• Continue to promote the use of the trolley for multiple uses <br />• Use marketing dollars to promote the Love Civic Center and its renovations <br />• Plan an open house after renovations are complete for public to see <br />• Add a 65a,70 inch TV in the entryway <br />
