DECISION OF THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT, CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS <br />RE: Variance Request <br />Kevin Dew <br />OBO PD Lamar Paris, LP <br />4075 Lamar Ave <br />Paris, TX 75460 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Variance of 56 to the required 315 Parking spaces <br />The above -reference request wa('(rantd / denied / granted in part and denied in part) by the City <br />of Paris Zoning Board of Adjustment ("Board") on 10/05/2021 by a vote of LL in favor of <br />against the application with abstaining. On this date the <br />the application and ......................... , <br />Board found that the request met the conditions set forth in Section 10-103 of the City of Paris <br />Zoning Ordinance. <br />Appeal: Any interested person wishing to appeal this Board decision is required to file a petition <br />for Writ of Certiorari in a district court, county court or county court at law within ten (10) days <br />of the date this decision is filed in the Board's office consistent with section 211.011 of the Texas <br />Local Government Code. <br />The Board of Adjustment here by approves the variance request based upon the following <br />conditions and findings of fact. <br />Board of A justment Recommended Conditions <br />1. Re -striping of the original approved fire lane around the rear and West side of the largest <br />shopping center structure. <br />2. Removal from the fire lane and relocation of the dumpsters in the rear of the largest <br />shopping center structure without the need for additional dumpster enclosure screening due <br />to the fact that there is full screening in the rear of the building. <br />3. All handicapped signage shall be updated to include the required van accessible placards. <br />4. A preliminary and final plat shall be approved by the City prior to issuance of a building <br />permit. <br />5. Full compliance with all other applicable City Building, Fire, Zoning and Subdivision Code <br />requirements. <br />
