<br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />86-075 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did <br />heretofore on the 9th day of September, 1985 pass and adopt <br />Resolution No. 85-079 authorizing the procurement of Right- <br />of-way and temporary easements for a project of construction <br />of a 45 foot paved street, measured from back to back of <br />concrete curb with related facilities, utilities and other <br />appurtenances on Collegiate Drive described in two segments, <br />the first segment being from a point approximately 70 feet <br />South of the center line of the South lane of Loop 286 N. <br />E" Southerly 460.2 feet to the North boundary line of Lot <br />2, Block 3, Town North Estates; and the second segment being <br />from a point approximately 5 feet North of the South pro- <br />perty line of Lot 20, Block 2, Town North Estates, Southerly <br />2939 feet to the North edge of the pavement of Lamar Ave.; <br />and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the owners of Lot 5, Block 8, Springlake <br />Addition to the City of Paris being Parcel 22 of said <br />project are desirous of selling their entire parcel of <br />property at the appraised value of $7,500.00 instead of just <br />the portion required for right-of-way and temporary <br />easement; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is deemed to be in the best interest of the <br />City of Paris to accept such offer; NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, That the offer of Jonnie Oates and Patsy Bernard to <br />sell for $7,500.00, Lot 5, Block 8, Springlake Addition to <br />the City of Paris for the appraised value be and is in all <br />things accepted. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted this 28th day of July, 1986. <br /> <br />&f~~$ <br />Bi Y e Burnett, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~~'-'\)"~) <br />Mattie Cunningham, City C er <br /> <br />
