DATE: November 8, 2021 BACKGROUND At its meeting held on April 5, 2021, the Commission approved a Preliminary Plat for the Pshigoda Collegiate Addition. The applicant has now requested approval for the final plat. The Planning & Zoning Commission reviewed the final plat at their meeting held on November 1St and recommended approval to the City Council. The subject property involves the land being developed for the land area located at 2170 S Collegiate Dr. & Jefferson for the new construction of 40 new duplex apartments. The subject property was recently rezoned to MF -1. The site contains 10 acres. Minimum lot dimension requirements for the plat are met and all setbacks are met. The approval conditions of the preliminary plat conditions were as follows: 1. Change fire hydrant spacing to match on per 500' 2. Outline any wooded areas. All conditions of the preliminary plat have been met. RECOMMENDATION Staff recommends approval of the Final Plat without conditions.
