DATE: November 8, 2021 <br />BACKGROUND <br />The applicant requested plat approval for the demolition and re -construction of a single family residence <br />through the HOME Program. The subject property is zoned to MF -1. The site is 0.56 acres. Minimum <br />lot dimension requirements for the plat are met and all setbacks can be met. All submission requirements <br />for the preliminary and final plats have been met. The Planning & Zoning Commission reviewed and <br />approved the preliminary and final plats on ll/ 1 /21 and approved both. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff and the Planning & Zoning Commission recommends approval of the Final Plat without <br />conditions. <br />
