Item No. 17 <br />Memorandum <br />TO: City Council <br />Grayson Path, City Manager <br />FROM: Andrew Mack, AICP Director Planning & Community Development <br />SUBJECT: Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of the Cruz Addition CB 316, Lot 1, <br />Block A, LOAD Property IIS 18743, located at 950 NE 31s' Street. <br />MTG. DATE: November S, 2021 <br />BACKGROUND <br />The applicant requested plat approval for the construction of a large addition onto the rear of an existing <br />single family residence located at 950 NE 31" Street. The subject property is zoned SF -2. The applicant <br />intends to construct a large addition onto the rear of the house on this property which contains <br />approximately 34,700 s.f. Minimum lot dimension requirements for the plat are met and all setbacks for <br />the proposed addition are met. All submission requirements for the preliminary and final plats have <br />been met except for a minor detail identified in the engineering report that can be addressed for the <br />preliminary plat following approval of both plats which were approved by the Planning & zoning <br />Commission on 1111121. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff and the Planning & zoning Commission recommends approval of the Final Plat without <br />conditions. <br />
