Call meeting to order. <br />2-o Citizens' forum. <br />(Persons desiring to address the Planning and Zoning Commission must limit their presentation to no more than two <br />minutes. Unless an item is posted on the Agenda, the Texas Open Meetings Act prohibits the Commission from <br />responding to any comments other than to refer the matter to a future agenda, to an existing policy, or to a staff person <br />with specific factual information. Claims against the City, Council Members, or employees, as well as individual <br />personal appeals are not appropriate for citizens' forum.) <br />3. Approve minutes from the meeting of November O 1, 2021. <br />4. Public hearing to consider and take action regarding the petition of the City of Paris for a <br />change in zoning from a One -Family Dwelling District No. 2 (SF -2) to a Two -Family <br />Dwelling District (2F) in the Willowcrest #1 Addition, Block B, Lot 6, located at 2560- <br />2562 Kessler Dr- LCAD 39754. <br />5. Public hearing to consider and take action regarding the petition of Judy Daughtrey for a <br />change in zoning from a 0ne=,Fam1*1y Dwelling District No. 2 (SF -2) to a TwowFamily <br />Dwelling District (2F) in the W1*11owcrest #2 Addition, Block A, Lot 7, located at 1315 <br />NE 26th Street- LCAD 39756. <br />6. Public hearing to consider and take action regarding the petition of the Paris Economic <br />Development Corp. for a change in zoning from an Agricultural District (A) to a Heavy <br />Industrial District (HI) i*n the City of Paris, Block 3 09, Lot 20 & PT of 2 1, located at SW <br />Loop 286- LCAD 18671 and 18672. <br />7. Public hearing to consider and take action regarding the petition of the Paris Economic <br />Development Corp. for a change in zoning from a One,,Faml*ly Dwelling District No. 2 <br />
