stated a temporary ninety day study had been developed to determine the <br />feasibility of changing the traffic control in downtown area. TXDOT Area engineer <br />Daniel Taylor and Mr. Mack presented the plan to do the study beginning <br />November 15, 2021. Members of the Traffic Commission, Main Street Advisory <br />Board and City Council commented on the plan as well as several citizens that <br />have businesses and live in the downtown area. After discussion Mr. Darst made <br />a motion to recommend City Council consider approving the short-term traffic <br />stop project in the downtown area. The motion was second by Mr. Moore and it <br />passed 7-0. <br />At 6:46pm Mr. Darst made a motion to adjourn the meeting.
