NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that from the above and foregoing canvass of the returns of the votes in the four (4) respective voting boxes in such election, it is declared and determined that Travis Wortham is the person receiving the highest number of votes of the votes cast at such election for Councilman From Ward One (1), and is therefore elected to serve as Councilman From Ward One (1) and as a member of the City Council of the City of Paris for the ensuing two (2) years; that Addie J, Bufford is the person receiving the highest number of votes of the votes cast at such election for Councilman From Ward Two (2), and is therefore elected to serve as Councilman From Ward Two (2) and as a member of the City Council of the City of Paris for the ensuing two (2) years; that Billy Joe Burnett is the person receiving the highest number of votes of the votes cast at such election for Councilman From Ward Three (3), and is there- fore elected to serve as Councilman From Ward Three (3) and as a member of the City Council of the City of Paris for the ensuing two (2) years; and that William (Bill) Bone is the person receiving the highest number of votes of the votes cast at such election for Councilman From Ward Six (6), and is therefore elected to serve as Councilman From Ward Six (6) and as a member of the City Council of the City of Paris for the ensuing two (2) years.
