<br />RESOLUTION NO. 86-026 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did <br />heretofore on the 10th day of February, 1986, pass <br />Resolution No. 86-014, ordering the Regular Municipal <br />Election for the City of Paris and, among other things, <br />established a polling place and election officials for Ward <br />One (1); and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, such election officials have resigned and <br />should be replaced; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Clarice Holt, as Presiding Judge and Ellen E. <br />Samuels, as Alternate Presiding Judge have been nominated; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, That Clarice Holt as Presiding Judge and Ellen E. <br />Samuels as Alternate Presiding Judge, be, and they are <br />hereby appointed. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted this 10th day of March, 1986, <br /> <br />~~~ ~ife------ <br />Jeff og, ayor Pro em <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />~,-) <br />,--. - <br />, ,K, aynes, ity Attorney <br />
