DATE: January 10, 2022 BACKGROUND At its meeting held on December 13, 2021, the City Council unanimously approved denial of the above rezoning request by Judy Daugherty. The council also adopted a second motion to approve directing staff to prepare a resolution with findings of fact consistent with denial to be brought back for final action by the Council. That resolution is attached with this memo. RECOMMENDATION Approve resolution denying the petition of Judy Daughtrey with findings of fact consistent with denial for the above request.
