Tanner Dobrovolsky called the meeting to order at 4:34 pm. <br />2. Citizen's Forum: No one presented during citizen's forum. <br />3. A correction was made to amend the October 12, 2021 meeting minutes in two instances in item 8: amend <br />the unfinished sentence, and amen the April 28, 2014 date to April 8, 2024 <br />4. After Don Yarborough's resignation, we welcome our newest advisory board member Greg Kee, pastor of <br />CF Paris. Board Members introduce themselves. Welcome Greg! <br />5. Advisory Board activity report <br />a. Keri Daniel <br />i. Christmas parade: Updated entry fee to 35 dollars and revised Christmas parade route for <br />a safer option that adds more spectator space. (KAKI DANIEL) <br />b. Shelby Gilliam <br />i. Chamber trail event (MARY CLARK) <br />1. Next April Chamber and Northeast Texas Trail Coalition celebrating <br />2. Andrew Mack suggests grants available for sidewalk and trail improvements. <br />Will contact Shelby with more information. <br />ii. Event report: <br />1. Halloween <br />a. Great event! Shut down roads. Ran out of candy pretty early, was unclear <br />who was handing out candy, tough traffic with other nearby trunk or treat. <br />
