Convene into Open Session <br />• Dr. White called the meeting to order in open session at 5:31 p.m. <br />2. Approval of Minutes from prior meeting(s). <br />• Mitzie Pirtle made a motion and was seconded by Dr. Williams to <br />approve the 06-01-2021 minutes. Motion carried. 5 yays, 0 nays. <br />3. Discuss and possible act on: <br />• Susan Bellene made the motion and was seconded by Dr. Putnam to <br />accept the applications of Dr. Myers Hurt to replace Dr. Jay Carpenter <br />and Angela Bedford to replace Nancy Stallings. 5 yays, 0 nays. <br />• Johnna McNeal presented the Annual Financial Report for the year <br />ending September 30,2020. Federal Expenditures are over $750,000. <br />so a single audit was required. (See attached report) <br />• No monthly reports were available. <br />• New business to be placed on next agenda for discussion - none. <br />4. Time and place of nest meeting will be Monday, October 18th, 2021 @ 5:30 <br />p.m. <br />5.
