DECISION OF THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT, CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS RE: Variance Request Luke Wright OBO RentOne LLC 1315 NW Loop 286 Paris, TX 75460 ACTION REQUESTED: Variance of 11' to Off -Street Parking and Loading Requirement The above -reference request wa grante / denied / granted in part and denied in part) by the City of Paris Zoning Boar Adjus ("Board") on 2/1/2022, by a vote of in favor of pp g pp ...,..mm._ abstaining. On this date, the thea application and against the application with Board found that the request met the conditions set forth in Section 10-103(a) of the City of Paris Zoning Ordinance. Appeal: Any interested person wishing to appeal this Board decision is required to file a petition for Writ of Certiorari in a district court, county court or county court at law within ten (10) days of the date this decision is filed in the Board's office consistent with section 211.011 of the Texas Local Government Code. The Board of Adjustment here by approves the variance request based upon the following findings of fact. Board of Adjustment Recommended Findings of Fact 1. Although there are no unique conditions or features of the property which is not generally common to other properties within the city, it is the intent of the city to pursue enforcing the ordinance for 36 ft. of pavement width on all new mini -storage projects moving forward and while making such variance requirements unnecessary in the future. There is justification for confusion on the construction requirement since the last part of the first phase was just completed in 2021 at the narrower pavement width next to the mini -storage doors. 2.
