Floyd and Travis Coston, of Lamar <br /> <br />County, Texas, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE <br /> <br />DOLLAR ($1.00) cash, and other good and valuable consid- <br /> <br />eration, to us in hand paid by the CITY OF PARIS, Paris, <br /> <br />Texas, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby <br /> <br />acknowledged, do hereby sell, give and grant unto the said <br /> <br />CITY OF PARIS, a municipal corporation, of Lamar County, <br /> <br />Texas, a utility easement described as follows: <br /> <br />Situated within the Corporate Limits of the <br />City of Paris, County of Lamar and State of Texas, <br />a part of the Reddin Russell Survey, and a part of <br />an 0.519 acre tract of land conveyed B. J. Floyd <br />and Travis Coston by deed recorded in Volume 364, <br />Page 303, of the Deed Records of said County and <br />State, and being more particularly described as <br />follows: <br />BEGINNING at an iron pin, the Southwest <br />corner of said Floyd-Coston tract of land, same <br />being a point in the North Boundary Line of Loop <br />Highway 286; <br />THENCE S 77 0 21' E with said Highway North <br />Boundary Line and said Floyd-Coston South Boundary <br />Line a distance of 121.8 feet, an iron pin in the <br />Southeast Corner of said Floyd-Coston tract of <br />land; <br />THENCE N 2009' E with said Floyd-Coston East <br />Boundary Line a distance of 10.17 feet to a point; <br />THENCE N 77021' W a distance of 121.8 feet to <br />a point in said Floyd-Coston West Boundary Line; <br />THENCE S 2009' W with said Floyd-Coston West <br />Boundary Line a distance of 10.17 feet to the <br />place of beginning and containing 0.028 acres of <br />land, more or less. <br /> <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above property unto the CITY OF <br />PARIS for the purposes aforesaid, with the right and privi- <br /> <br />lege at any and all times to enter said premises, or any <br /> <br />part thereof, and maintaining any and all utilities placed <br /> <br /> <br />therein; provided that Grantee will, after doing any work in <br /> <br />connection with the construction, reconstruction, relocating <br />
