<br />UTILITY EASEMENT <br /> <br />STATE OF TEXAS 9 <br />COUNTY OF LAMAR 9 <br /> <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br /> <br />That FOXWORTH-GALBRAITH LUMBER COMPANY, acting by and <br /> <br />through its Vice-President, Jimmy Galbraith, III, of Dallas <br /> <br />County, Texas, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE <br /> <br />DOLLAR ($1.00) cash, and the right to connect to any water <br />main installed within the hereinafter described utility <br /> <br />easement with grantor being responsible for all costs to <br /> <br />make such connection; and other good and valuable consid- <br /> <br />eration, to us in hand paid by the CITY OF PARIS, Paris, <br /> <br />Texas, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby <br /> <br />acknowledged, do hereby sell, give and grant unto the said <br />CITY OF PARIS, a municipal corporation, of Lamar County, <br /> <br />Texas, a utility easement described as follows: <br /> <br />Situated within the Corporate Limits of the <br />City of Paris, County of Lamar and State of Texas, <br />a part of the Reddin Russell Survey, and being <br />part of a 5 acre tract of land conveyed Foxworth- <br />Galbraith Lumber Company by deed recorded in <br />Volume 507, Page 1, of the Deed Records of said <br />County and State, and a part of a 2 acre tract of <br />land conveyed Foxworth-Galbraith Lumber Co. by <br />deed recorded in Volume 529, Page 519, of the Deed <br />Records of said County and State and being more <br />particularly described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at a concrete monument in the North <br />Right-of-Way Line of Loop Highway 286, said <br />monument being 63 feet left of Highway Station <br />168+00, said monument also being a point in the <br />South Boundary Line of said Foxworth-Galbraith <br />Lumber Company 5 acre tract of land: <br />THENCE S 77021' E, with said Highway's North <br />Boundary Line and said Lumber Company's South <br />Boundary Line, a distance of 351 feet to an iron <br />pin, the Southeast corner of said Lumber Company's <br />2 acre tract of land; <br />THENCE N 2009' E with said Lumber Company's <br />East Boundary Line a distance of 10.17 feet, a <br />point: <br />THENCE N 77021' W a distance of 348.13 feet a <br />point in a curve to the right having a radius of <br />5656.65 feet and a tangent bearing S 65042' W; <br />THENCE in a Northwesterly direction with said <br />_& 07Q ?~ ~OO~ R Doint in the <br />
