<br />• Dr. White called the meeting to order in open session at 5:01 p.m.
<br />2. Approval of Minutes from prior meeting(s).
<br />• Mitzie Pirtle made a motion and was seconded by Dr. Hurt to approve
<br />the 09-09-2021 minutes. Motion carried. 5 yays, 0 nays.
<br />3. Discuss and possible act on:
<br />• Public Information Request -
<br />1) request for all active restaurants/cafes in the city of Paris,
<br />2) Nortex Services at 546 CR 35990, Powderly, Texas, and
<br />3) food safety routine, follow up, complaints, COVID-19 compliance
<br />inspections for 3905 Lamar Avenue, Paris, Texas, 3420 Lamar Avenue,
<br />Paris, Texas, 1105 NE Loop 286, Paris, Texas, 1310 Clarksville, Paris,
<br />Texas, 2020 Lamar Avenue, Paris, Texas, 3825 Lamar Avenue, Paris,
<br />Texas, 5280 SE Loop 286, Paris, Texas, and 630 Bonham Street,
<br />Paris, Texas.
<br />• DSRIP Updates - remodel with grant money, 1-2 years left to apply for
<br />money, and able to rent more office space in the back area.
<br />• Finished Remodel - was able to remodel the entire building on the
<br />inside and outside and installed automatic sliding front doors
<br />• Dr. Moore - Dr. Allison Ward -Moore is renting space and will be seeing
<br />GYN patients.
