<br />Survey, Abst. No. 164, conveyed by Jerry Eudy, James Rhodes

<br />Christian Center, by deed dated the 25th day of May, 1977,

<br />BEGINNING at a point, said point being in the existing
<br />North boundary line of said World Christian Center tract,
<br />said point being in the existing South right-of-way line of
<br />existing Price Street, said point being S 890 04' W a
<br />distance of 55.6 feet from the proposed centerline survey
<br />station 54+57.0 of proposed Collegiate Drive, said point
<br />also being N 890 04' E a distance of 130.2 feet from the
<br />existing most Northerly Northwest corner of said World
<br />Christian Center tract;
<br />THENCE N 890 04' E a along the World Christian Center-
<br />Price common boundary line a distance of 87.0 feet, at 55.6
<br />feet passing through proposed centerline survey station
<br />54+57.0 of proposed Collegiate Drive, a point, said point
<br />being the most Northeast corner of said World Christian
<br />Center tract, said point being in the existing West boundary
<br />line of an original 2.857 acre tract of land owned by Nathan
<br />Bell, said point being in the middle of an existing small
<br />creek;

<br />being the World Christian Center-Bell common boundary line,
<br />a distance of 49.4 feet, a point;

<br />point being the Northwest corner of an original small tract
<br />of land owned by Donald Blackburn and Harold Blackburn, said
