<br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />86~081 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it has been called to the attention of the <br />City Council of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, that the <br />hereinafter named structures are in an unsafe and dilapi- <br />dated condition and constitute a fire hazard and a hazard to <br />the life and welfare of the inhabitants of the area, and the <br />City Council has been requested to order the Building Hazard <br />Inspection Committee to hold a hearing to determine the <br />condition of the structures complained of, and the prop- <br />erties involved and the owners are as shown on Exhibit A <br />attached hereto and made a part hereof for all legal <br />purposes; and, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF PARIS, that the Building Hazard Inspection <br />Committee, composed of the City Engineer; the Chief, Paris <br />Fire Department and the Director of Community Development, <br />proceed to call a hearing to receive information concerning <br />the condition of the structures located upon the property <br />described in No. 's 1 through 22 on Exhibit A attached <br />hereto, and to notify such owners who residences are not <br />known by publishing the same in the newspaper as required by <br />law, and after such hearing to report their findings to the <br />City Council in accordance with Article III of Chapter 7 of <br />the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted this 11th day of August, 1986. <br /> <br />~~-,~ <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~.
