Public <br />testimony at the P&Z hearing was in opposition to the request. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />The Planning & Zoning Commission and Staff recommend approval of the two agenda items <br />changing the 912 Price Street FLUM from LDR to MDR and the rezoning of the rental residence <br />from 2F to MF -1. <br />
