Staff recommends <br />approval of the Final Plat for the Stone Ridge Estates Phases 10 & 11, subject to the <br />following condition: <br />Developer shall enter into a development agreement for completion of all <br />remaining civil improvements to be approved by City Council prior to release <br />of the final plat for recording. <br />A motion was made by Sims Norment, seconded by Austin Anthony to approve this item <br />with noted condition.
