PERMISSION TO ASSIGN INTEREST <br />The City of Paris understands that GrantWorks, Inc. is purchasing certain assets of Resource <br />Management and Consulting Co. and that GrantWorks, Inc. desires to provide Professional <br />Management services to the City through the assignment of the Professional Management Agreement <br />("Agreement") previously executed between the City and Resource Management and Consulting Co. <br />for the 2019 TDHCA HOME RSP CONTRACT NUMBER 2019-0013. Resource Management and <br />Consulting Co. desires to assign its interest in the Agreement to GrantWorks, Inc. in accordance with <br />Part IV, Section 6 of the Agreement.
