<br />evaluation and/or complaint against Paris -Lamar County Health District employee and/or discussion of
<br />single audit status,
<br />• Pursuant to, Section 551 .0174 of the Texas Government Code, to, deliberate the appointment,
<br />employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee;
<br />or to hear a complaint or charge against an office or employee as follows: duties, reassignment,
