(1) Dumping of wastewater on site shall be prohibited. Documentation shall be provided to <br />City staff to verify that the wastewater was disposed of at an approved disposal location. <br />(2) Term of variance shall expire 14 days after approval of the Building Final of the house <br />being built at 719 SW 3`d Street to allow the client time for moving in. <br />6.
