Dr , s and Alcohol <br />Richard Drake Construction Company, LP will not tolerate the use or possession of alcohol or illegal <br />drugs on the job or on company property. Employees using or possessing alcohol or illegal drugs on <br />company property or while at work or who report to work under the influence of alcohol or illegal <br />drugs will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination. <br />The Company has instituted a drug testing policy for all of its employees. All employees must pass <br />a substance screening, paid for by the company, prior to beginning employment. During <br />employment with the Company, all employees will be subject to random substance screening. Also, <br />from time to time a client of the Company may require that employees assigned to work for the client <br />be subject to testing prior to or during the employee's attendance at the client's place of business. <br />An employee whose substance screening test result is retumed to the Company showing evidence <br />of illegal drug use, or who refuses to submit to substance screening when asked or who tampers <br />With the collection a of test sample, will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including <br />termination, if an employee's substance screening is returned showing a positive result, the <br />employee may request that the same sample be retested at the employee's expense. Testing on a <br />newsample will not be available. <br />Violence &„Weapons <br />Richard Drake Construction Company, LP takes threats of violence extremely seriously. Any act or <br />threat of violence by or against any employee, customer, supplier, partner or visitor is strictly <br />prohibited. This policy applies to all company employees, whether on or off company property. <br />Any use or possession of weapons, whether illegal or not, is prohibited on company property, or <br />while on company business. This Includes knives, guns, martial arts weapons, or any other object <br />that is used as a weapon. Any employee caught possessing a weapon will be disciplined, up to and <br />including termination. <br />Jobsite S,afet F RU)es SAFETY DIRECTOR — PAUL DRAKE — CONTACT # (903) 732-4781 <br />The following safety rules must be observed at all times: <br />• Compressed air is on the job -site for air -powered tools and other specialized tasks. it is <br />not to be used for cleaning personnel. Improper use can cause damage to skin and <br />eyes. <br />The maximum speed limit while on jobsite is 15 mph. <br />If you are required to create a potentially unsafe area such as an excavation, always <br />post barricade warning signals. <br />• Do not attempt to operate, work on or manipulate any type of equipment without being <br />properly trained. <br />• Passengers will not be carried on vehicles unless specific seating areas are a part of the <br />equipment. <br />+ No employee should participate in horseplay on the job. <br />11 <br />
