22. Discuss and act on an Ordinance authorizing the issuance of a solid waste collection <br />permit to William Peters d/b/a Trash Away Dumpster Rentals, LLC. (Pursuant to Sec. <br />12.04.42(d) of the Code of Ordinances, passage of this ordinance requires five <br />affirmative votes) <br />23. Discuss and act on an Ordinance amending Chapter 12, "Utilities," Article 12.04, "Solid <br />Waste," of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris, Texas; making Section <br />12.04.006, "Placement of Containers, Bags, and Bundles for Residential Collection, "To <br />allow for one day per week residential solid waste pickup; making other findings and <br />provisions related to the subject; providing a repealer clause, a severability clause, a <br />savings clause, and a penalty clause; and declaring an effective date. <br />24. Discuss and possibly act on procedures for conducting annual evaluations of the city <br />manager, city attorney, and municipal judge. <br />25. Consider and approve future events for City Council and/or City Staff pursuant to <br />Resolution No. 2004-081. <br />26.
