<br />WHEREAS, the terms of office of Wayne Brown, Morris
<br />Misso, Jack Denman, Alton Hess, Lyndol Brown and Sims
<br />Norment as members of the Building Commission of the City of
<br />Paris, will expire on December 31, 1985; and,
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, George Fisher,
<br />Jr., does hereby recommend the re-appointment of Wayne
<br />Brown, Morris Misso, Jack Denman, Alton Hess, Lyndol Brown
<br />and Sims Norment; NOW, THEREFORE,
<br />
<br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br />PARIS, that the re-appointment of Wayne Brown under the
<br />classification of Homebuilder, Alton Hess under the classi-
<br />fication of Plumber and Lyndol Brown under the
<br />classification of Realtor respectively, for a term of two
<br />(2) years beginning January I, 1986, and ending December 31,
<br />1987; Morris Misso, under the classification of Commercial
<br />Builder, Jack Denman, under the classification of Developer,
<br />Sims Norment, under the classification of Insurance Agent,
<br />respectively, for a term of four (4) years, beginning
<br />January 1, 1986, and ending December 31, 1989, to serve as
<br />members of the Building Commission of the City of Paris, be,
<br />and the same are hereby approved and confirmed by the City
<br />Council of the City of Paris.
