RIGHT-OF-WAY DEED THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA COUNTY OF TULSA ~ ~ KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: ~ That DIVERSIFIED RESOURCES CORPORATION, an Oklahoma Corporation, acting by and through President, of the County of Tulsa, State of Oklahoma, hereinafter referred to as Grantors, whether one or more, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE AND NO/lOO DOLLARS ($1.00) cash, and other good and valuable consideration, to Grantors in hand paid by CITY OF PARIS, Paris, Texas, a municipal corporation, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and for which no lien is retained, either expressed or implied, have this day sold, and by these presents do Grant, Bargain, Sell and Convey unto CITY OF PARIS, Paris, Texas, a municipal corporation, of Lamar County, Texas, all that certain tract or parcel of land in Lamar County, Texas, and being more particularly described as follows, to-wit: BEGINNING at a stake, the Northeast corner of Tract One described in deed from John R. Walker Estate to Diversified Resources Corporation, an Oklahoma Corporation, dated March 27, 1985, recorded in Deed Book 682, Page 824, Lamar County Deed Records, said stake being in the present West right-of-way line of 35th N. Eo; THENCE South, with the West right-of-way line of 35th N. E., and the East property line of said Diversified Resources Corporation tract, 202.0 feet to the Southeast corner of said tract; THENCE West, 10 feet to a stake; THENCE North, 202 feet to a stake; THENCE East, 10 feet to the place of beginning.
