Reeves Hayter called the Building and Standards Commission Meeting to order at <br />3:00 P.M. 11 <br />Roll was called. <br />The following members were present: <br />Reeves Hayter <br />Richard Thompson <br />Kenneth Kohls <br />Pat Conrad <br />Kim Walker <br />Adam Bolton <br />Carlton Cooper <br />Staff present; <br />Robert Talley <br />Nicki Brown <br />2. Approval of minutes,1 from previous meeting. (May, 2022). <br />Motion made by Kim Walker and seconded by Adam Bolton to approve the minutes. <br />Motion carried unanlimously. 7-0 <br />3. Public Hearing to consider presentations by City of Paris Code Inspectors and <br />owner(s) and/or lienilholder(s) of the below properties who have been given notice of <br />a violation of Chapter 4, Article 4.03 entitled "Substandard and Dangerous Buildings <br />and Structures"; Chapter 7, Article 7.04 entitled "Weeds, Junk, and Other <br />Objectionable, Unsightly, or Unsanitary Matter on Private Premises"; Chapter 8, <br />Article 8.10 entitled! "Outdoor Storage"; Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris, <br />Paris, TX: <br />A. 330 E Grove; lCity Block 74-A, Loot 14 <br />Owner: Carolyn J Gaffney 823 4 NE Paris, TX 75460 <br />No contact. <br />Robert Talley stated the roof collapsed, its unsecure, missing and deteriorating <br />wood, bulging roof, floors rotting, water damage and tree vines growing into the <br />roof. <br />
