Convene into Open, Session <br />0 Dr. White calledthe meeting to order, in open session at 5:30 p.m. <br />2. Approval of Minutes from prior meeting(s), <br />0 Dr. Williams made a motion and was seconded by Dir. Putnam to approve the 12-1;3-2021 minutes, <br />COVIID-19 Updates, -fairs. P,restridgle has applied for 2 grants, she is currently managing approximately 15 <br />grants, so she will be hiring someone in the future to write grants, COVID-19 numbers are currently down <br />Elect Officers - Dr. Putnam made a motion and was seconded by Mitzie Pirtle to elect Dr, Marc White as <br />Chairman, Motion carried, 6 yays, 0 Frays. <br />D,r, White made a motion and was seconded by Dr, Hurt to elect Dr, Putnam as Vice -Chairman. Motion <br />carried, 6 yays,, 0 nays. <br />Dr. White made a motion and was seconded by Dr. Putnam to elect Susan Bellene as Secretary. Motion <br />carried. 6 yays, 0 nays, <br />16 Approval of Policies: and Procedures Manual and Personnel! Plol'icy - Dr, Putnam made a motion and was <br />seconded by M'itz�ie Pirtle, to accept the policies as presented. Motion carried. 6 yays, 0 nays <br />Annual Employee Evaluation of Medical Director and Executive Director - Dr. Ross made a motion and was <br />seconded by Dir.
