REDDING <br /> <br />Being a part of Lot 1 in Block 7 of th~ Spring Lake <br />Addition to the City of Paris, situated ln the Hiram <br />Williams Survey, Abst. No. 1003, conveyed by Billy Don Meek <br />and wife, Laura Annette Meek, to Harlow S. Redding and wife, <br />Daisy E. Redding, by deed dated the 3rd of July, 1974, <br />recorded in Vol. 561, Page 409-411, of Deed Records of Lamar <br />County, Texas; <br />BEGINNING at a point, said point being in the existing <br />north boundary line of said Redding lot, said point being <br />in the existing south right-of-way line of undeveloped <br />Walnut Street, said point being N 0890 40' E a distance of <br />45.0 feet from proposed centerline survey station 47+33.6 of <br />proposed Collegiate Drive, said point also being S 0890 40' <br />W a distance of 120.4 feet from the existing northeast <br />corner of said Redding lot; <br />THENCE S 000 16' E a distance of 52.0 feet, a point, <br />said point being in the existing south boundary line of said <br />Redding lot, said point being in the existing north boundary <br />line of Lot 2 in Block 7 of the Spring Lake Addition owned <br />by Kenneth E. Rhodes and wife, Joyce A. Rhodes; <br />THENCE S 890 35' W along the Redding-Rhodes common <br />boundary line a distance of 138.4 feet, at 45.0 feet passing <br />through proposed centerline survey station 47+85.70 of <br />proposed Collegiate Drive, a point, said point being the <br />existing southwest corner of said Redding lot, said point <br />being the existing northwest corner of said Rhodes lot, said <br />point also being in the existing east right-of-way line of <br />undeveloped Collegiate Drive owned by the City of Paris; <br />THENCE N 000 06' W along the Redding-City of Paris <br />common boundary line a distance of 52.2 feet, a point, said <br />point being the existing northwest corner of said Redding <br />lot, said point also being in the south right-of-way line of <br />said Walnut Street; <br />THENCE N 890 40' E along the Redding-Walnut Street <br />common boundary line a distance of 138.1 feet, at 93.1 feet <br />passing through proposed centerl ine survey station 47+33.6 <br />of proposed Collegiate Drive, to the place of beginning and <br />containing 0.166 acres, more or less. <br />
