<br />CORRECTION DEED: This deed corrects <br />ber 21st, 1966, from City of Paris <br />Company, recorded Book 449, 176, Deed <br />Texas. <br /> <br />deed dated Septem- <br />to Weiler Investment <br />Records, Lamar County, <br /> <br />GENERAL WARRANTY DEED <br /> <br />THE STATE OF TEXAS <br />COUNTY OF LAMAR <br /> <br />~ <br />~ <br /> <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br /> <br />That City of Paris, a municipal corporation, acting by <br /> <br /> <br />and through it's Mayor, George Fisher, Jr" of the County of <br /> <br />Lamar, State of Texas, for and in consideration of the sum <br /> <br />of Ten and No/lOO Dollars ($10.00) cash and other good and <br /> <br />valuable consideration, in cash, to it in hand paid by <br /> <br /> <br />Weiler Inves tment Company, the receipt and sufficiency of <br /> <br /> <br />which is hereby acknowledged, and the further consideration <br /> <br />of certain exchanges of property conveyed on September 21, <br />1966 by Weiler Investment Company, to the City of Paris, a <br />municipal corporation; that the exchange of the property <br />herein and the property conveyed on September 21, 1966 by <br />Weiler Investment Company, to the City of Paris are based <br />upon a square foot value of 55e per square foot; <br /> <br />have Granted, Sold and Conveyed, and by these presents do <br /> <br />Grant, Sell and Convey unto the said Weiler Investment <br />Company, a corporation, of the County of Lamar, State of <br />Texas all that certain tract or parcel of land situated in <br /> <br />Lamar County, Texas, and described as follows: <br /> <br />FIRST TRACT: Being a part of Block 42, City of <br />Paris Tax Map, acquired from Jack C. Armstrong and <br />wife, Wilma Armstrong, by the city of Paris; <br />BEGINNING at a bois d'arc post which is the <br />South West Corner of Jack C. Armstrong, et ux <br />tract conveyed to the City of Paris in Volume 448, <br />Page 25, Lamar County Deed Records; <br />THENCE North along the West boundary line of <br />,.
