22. Discuss, conduct a public hearing and act on an Ordinance considering the petition of <br />Nathan Spaulding on behalf of Benton Rainey for a change in zoning from an <br />Agricultural District (A) to a Planned Development District (PD) in the City of Paris, <br />Block 351, Lot PT of 8, 72.262 acres, City of Paris, Block 352, Lot 6 & Block 351, Lot <br />PT of 8, 91.627 acres, City of Paris, Block 351, Lot PT of 9, 19.2693 acres, located in the <br />3300 Block of Jefferson Road (LOAD 22769, 109121 and 106259). <br />23. Discuss, conduct a public hearing and act on an Ordinance considering the petition of <br />Harold Davis on behalf of Carl Harcrow for a Specific Use Permit (SUP) in the Central <br />Area District (CA) for a Tattoo Parlor, in the City of Paris, Block 121, Lot 2, located at <br />340 Bonham Street (LOAD 16016). <br />24. Discuss and act on an Ordinance issuing a license to Carlos and Amanda Donaho, Texas <br />Trinity, LLC d/b/a Trinity Black Car Service, to operate a vehicle for hire business on the <br />public streets of the City of Paris, Texas; finding a public necessity and convenience for <br />issuance of said license. <br />25. Discuss and act on a Resolution approving Connie Lawman as the Library Director as <br />recommended by the City Manager in conformance with Section 23 of the City Charter. <br />26. Discuss and act on a Resolution amending the 5 in 5 Housing Infill Development <br />Program Guidelines and Criteria to make properties immediately adjacent to the Program <br />Area eligible for the Program. <br />27. Discuss and act on a Resolution approving an Economic Development Residential Tax <br />Abatement Agreement with Michael Davidson, Distinguished Property & Investments, <br />LLC, pursuant to the City's 5 in 5 Housing Infill Development Program. <br />28. Discuss and award the water & wastewater treatment chemical bids to be used in FY <br />2022/2023. <br />29. Receive an update on the Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant Project. <br />30. Discuss and take any necessary action regarding the Non -Profit Organization Policy in <br />preparation for receiving and reviewing applications at a future meeting. <br />31. Discuss regulations and enforcement for swimming pools located in the City; and provide <br />direction to Staff. <br />32. Consider and approve future events for City Council and/or City Staff pursuant to <br />Resolution No. 2004-081. <br />33. Adjournment. <br />
