The porch is falling off, holes in roof and it has missing and deteriorating <br />wood. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: Declare a nuisance, demo within 30 days, or <br />city has right to do so. <br />Motion made by Carlton Cooper, seconded by Adam Bolton, to follow staff <br />recommendation. This is a junk and <br />rubbish case, BBQ grill, gas cans, clothes, mattresses, litter, camper, totes, pop up <br />camper shell used as a trailer and other junk and rubbish. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: Declare a nuisance, remove all junk, rubbish <br />and litter within 30 days, or city has right to do so. <br />Motion made by Reeves Hayter, seconded by Adam Bolton, to follow staff <br />recommendation.
