February 22"d, 2022. 1. Convene into Open Session • Dr. White called the meeting to order in open session at 5:30 p.m. Approval of Minutes from prior meeting(s). e Dr. Williams made a motion and was seconded by Dr. Putnam to approve the 12-13-2021 minutes. Motion carried. 6 yays, 0 nays. 3. Discuss and possible act on: e COVID-19 Updates — Mrs. Prestridge has applied for 2 grants, she is currently managing approximately 15 grants, so she will be hiring someone in the future to write grants. COVID-19 numbers are currently down and the COVID Hub is giving less vaccines and testing. e Elect Officers — Dr. Putnam made'a motion and was seconded by Mitzie Pirtle to elect Dr_ Marc White as Chairman. Motion carried. 6 yays, 0 nays. Dr. White made a motion and was seconded by Dr. Hurt to elect Dr. Putnam as Vice -Chairman. Motion carried. 6 yays, 0 nays. Dr. White made a motion and was seconded by Dr. Putnam to elect Susan Bellene as Secretary. Motion carried. 6 yays, 0 nays. e Approval of Policies and Procedures Manual and Personnel Policy — Dr. Putnam made a motion and was seconded by Mitzie Pirtle to accept the policies as presented. Motion carried. 6 yays, 0 nays e Annual Employee Evaluation of Medical. Director and Executive Director — Dr. Ross made a motion and was seconded by Dr. Hurt to approve the evaluations as discussed and presented. Motion carried. 6 yays, 0 nays.
