MTG. DATE: July 25, 2022 BACKGROUND At its meeting held on July 5, 2022, the Planning & Zoning Commission accepted the applicant's withdrawal of this application. The item was advertised for public hearing before the City Council with the same hearing notice for the P&Z Agenda. Therefore the item was placed on this Council agenda for acceptance of the withdraw recommendation of the P&Z. RECOMMENDATION Staff recommends City Council pass over this item on the agenda as per the P&Z acceptance of the applicant's withdrawal of the application.
