QUIT CLAIM DEED

<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />COU14TY OF LAMAR §
<br />That the CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, a municipal
<br />corporation, of Lamar County, Texas, acting by and through
<br />its Mayor, Joe Graham, duly authorized by Resolution
<br />No. 84 -006 for and in consideration of the sum of TEN AND
<br />N01100 DOLLARS ($10.00), cash, and other good and valuable
<br />consideration, to it in hand paid by Jim F. Kirby and J.
<br />Michael Henderson, of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, the
<br />receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged,
<br />does by these presents, bargain, sell, release and forever
<br />quit claim unto the said Jim F. Kirby and J. Michael
<br />Henderson, its successors and assigns, all its right, title
<br />and interest in and to that certain tract or parcel of land
<br />situated in the County of Lamar and State of Texas,
<br />described as follows, to -wit:
<br />Situated within the corporate limits of the
<br />City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, a part of the
<br />Issac Cruise Survey and being part of the Street
<br />Right -of -way dedication to the City of Paris,
<br />Texas, by Final Plat, by owner R. E. Hickman,
<br />dated January 19, 1965, recorded in envelope No.
<br />172 -D, Plat Records, Lamar County, Texas;
<br />BEGINNING at a point for corner in the West
<br />Right -of -way line of 36th Street N. W., said point
<br />located South 0° 25' West, a distance of 130 feet
<br />from the South Right -of -way line of West Houston
<br />Street, said point also being the Southeast corner
<br />of Lot 1, Block D, of the Westwood Addition;
<br />THENCE South 0 °25' West, along the West
<br />Right -of -way line of 36th Street N. W., a distance
<br />of 130 feet to a point for corner;
<br />THENCE South 89° 35' East along the South
<br />Right -of -way line of 36th Street N. W., a distance
<br />of 50 feet to a point for corner;
<br />THENCE North 0° 25' East along the East Right
<br />of -way line of 36th Street N. W., a distance of
<br />130 feet to a point for corner, said point being
<br />the Southwest corner, of Lot 9, Block B, of the
<br />Westwood Addition;
<br />THENCE North 890 35' West along a line which
<br />is parallel to and 130 feet South of the South
<br />Right -of -way line of West Houston Street to the
<br />place of beginning and containing 0.1492 acres of
<br />land more or less.
