Citizens' forum. <br />(Persons desiring to address the Planning and Zoning Commission must limit their presentation to no more than two <br />minutes. Unless an item is posted on the Agenda, the Texas Open Meetings Act prohibits the Commission from <br />responding to any comments other than to refer the matter to a future agenda, to an existing policy, or to a staff person <br />with specific factual information. Claims against the City, Council Members, or employees, as well as individual personal <br />appeals are not appropriate for citizens' forum.) <br />Approve minutes from the meeting of July 5, 2022. <br />4. Public hearing to consider and take action regarding the petition of the Walnut Creek <br />Business Park, Inc, for a Comprehensive Plan Amendment from Low Density Residential <br />(LDR) and Commercial (C) to High Density Residential (HDR) in the City of Paris, <br />Block 266, Lot 3, located at 1335 NE 20th Street, LCAD 18332. <br />5. Public hearing to consider and take action regarding the petition of the Walnut Creek <br />Business Park, Inc, for a change in zoning from a One -Family Dwelling District No. 3 <br />(SF -3) and Commercial District (C) to a Multiple -Family Dwelling District No. 2 (MF -2) <br />in the City of Paris, Block 266, Lot 3, and the adjacent 60 ft. strip of land running <br />between the Willshire Addition on the West and the Ella Kay Addition on the East, <br />located at 1335 NE 20th Street, LCAD 18332. <br />6. Public hearing to consider and take action regarding the petition of Cola Residential <br />Investments and Lydia Fitzgerald on behalf of Bart Chadwick for a Comprehensive Plan <br />Amendment from Retail (R) to High Density Residential (HDR), in the A786 R Russell <br />Survey, Tract 25-1-A, Acres 3.839 Route 1, located in the 2800 Block of Stillhouse Rd, <br />LCAD 404759. <br />7.
