the oldest homes in Paris. Working with our Tax Collection Attorney were able to offer <br />this home for sale of the Courthouse steps. There's an enormous amount of interest for <br />this house to restore it and I'd like to see this happen. The historic overlay will insure <br />and bring it back to its original glory. It will also help stem the approachment of the <br />neighborhood deterioration. <br />3. Approval of minutes from previous meeting. (May 2, 2022). <br />Motion made by Austin Anthony and seconded by Francine Neeley to approve the <br />minutes. Motion carried unanimously. 6-0 <br />4. Continued public hearing to consider and take action regarding the petition of <br />Donald Wilson on behalf of Sunrise Ministries Intl Church for a Specific Use Permit <br />(SUP) in a Commercial District for a Self-Storage/Mini-Warehouse in the City of <br />Paris, Block 249, Lotlocated at 3055 Clarksville Strect-LCAD 17987. <br />Andrew Mack (Community Development Director) stated that Mr. Don Wilson <br />A J1 <br />............ . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . <br />inside of the building. The site plan you have tonight have been revised and the <br />two key changes are the creation of a striped parking lot area with required <br />parking spaces that met the minimum space requirements. There will be <br />accessibility for handicap including a designated handicap parking place. This <br />building in its day had a functioning fire suppression system. Mr. Wilson fWly <br />intends on having -that insgeeted,-regaired and brouqht to code to meet the Fim, <br />Marshalls requirements. <br />Fn the last meeting there was on person that was in support of item #4, Vicky <br />Eisele at 3084 Pride Circle <br />E OPI q 0 V M1 I - r1MTMTT <br />item. Seeing none he closed the public hearing. <br />Motion made by Clifton Fendley, seconded by Francine Neeley, to follow staff <br />recommendation with conditions applied.
