There's an enormous amount of interest for <br />this house to restore it and I'd like to see this happen. The historic overlay will insure <br />and bring it back to its original glory. It will also help stem the approachment of the <br />neighborhood deterioration. <br />3. Approval of minutes from previous meeting.
