Proposition Q <br />Proposition Q ballot lanuage shall read: <br />Shall Sec. 82 of the Charter be amended to delete outdated language related to surety <br />bonds and to replace the same with up-to-date language for how surety coverage for <br />employees and the limits of liability shall be procured? <br />❑ For <br />❑ Against <br />If Proposition Q is approved by the voters on November 8, 2022, Sec. 82 of the Charter will <br />thereafter read as follows: <br />Sec. 82. Surety bonds. <br />The City of Paris shall procure Public Employee Dishonesty surety coverage <br />for all City employees that handle City moneys and investments. Limits of <br />liability will be at least $250,000 for each wrongful occurrence. <br />Proposition R <br />Protiosition R ballot language shall read,: <br />Shall Sec. 83 of the Charter be deleted because it is outdated and ignores the existence <br />of the Lamar County Appraisal District? <br />❑ For <br />❑ Against <br />If Proposition R is approved by the voters on November 8, 2022, Sec. 83 of the Charter shall <br />be deleted. <br />Proposition S <br />Pro I osition S ballot Jan ua a shall read: <br />Shall Sec. 100 of the Charter be amended to specify certain exemptions from the power <br />of initiative in order to protect against nuisance efforts related to initiative? <br />❑ For <br />❑ Against <br />If Proposition S is approved by the voters on November 8, 2022, Sec. 100 of the Charter will <br />thereafter read as follows: <br />Sec. 100.
