Meeting opened by Chairman, Greg Kee 4:00 p.m. <br />2. Welcome New Members: Chad Lindsey and Tracy Dougherty <br />3. Citizen's Forum: no one presented during citizen's forum. <br />4. Glee Emmite nominated Tracy Dougherty for Board Secretary, seconded by William Walker, motion <br />carried. <br />5. Correction to May minutes: Mihir Pankaj, Council Liaison, correction on spelling of his first name. <br />Motion made by Greg Kee to approve the meeting minutes of May 2022, seconded by Glee Emmite, <br />motion carries. June 2022 meeting did not have a quorum. <br />6. Building Improvement Grant — Cheri Bedford reminded board the Grant is funded by the Texas Wine <br />Fest. The 2022 Fest raised $12,000. Funds are granted quarterly. Maximum grant is $5,000, minimum is <br />$1,000. <br />Karol Lyn Moore, 131 Lamar Ave, property owner. Grant Request: $4,891.00. Reminded board that the <br />color was approved in spring. The grant request is to move 3 A/C units to rear of building and replace <br />wooden windows. Photos presented. Ms. Moore answered Board Members questions. <br />
