Discuss, conduct a public hearing, and act on an Ordinance regarding the petition of <br />Mark Cunningham for a change in zoning from a Light Industrial District (LI) to a <br />Multiple -Family Dwelling District No. 1 (MF -1), in the City of Paris, Block 317, Lot 3-F, <br />.55 Acres, 3610-3614 Castlegate Dr. (LOAD 103107). <br />22. Discuss, conduct a public hearing, and act on an Ordinance regarding the petition of the <br />Red River Business Park, LLC, for a change in zoning from an Agricultural District (A) <br />to a Commercial District (C), in the City of Paris, Block 344, Lot 10, located at 5501 <br />Bonham Street (LOAD 110758). <br />23. Discuss, conduct a public hearing, and act on an Ordinance regarding the petition of Alan <br />Naul (Javelin Group, LLC) on behalf of the Trustees of Wayne O. Chambless and Inella <br />L. Chambless Revocable Living Trust for a change in zoning from an Agricultural <br />District (A) to a Planned Development District (PD) in the City of Paris, Block 315, Part <br />of LCAD Parcel 50949 and 50931, ending 961.45 feet north of the southwest property <br />line of parcel 50931, totaling 12.06 acres located in the 4400 Block of Lamar Avenue. <br />24. Discuss and act on Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement for Professional Services with <br />Garver for Engineering of the Wastewater Treatment Plant Project, with this amendment, <br />the total contract fee is not to exceed $8,836,142.52. <br />25. Discuss and act on an Ordinance allowing employees of the Fire Department to <br />participate in the Texas Municipal Retirement System ("TMRS"); providing for repeal of <br />Ordinances in conflict; and providing an effective date. <br />26. Discuss and provide direction on any necessary edits to the proposed budget for FY2022- <br />2023. <br />27. Discuss and act on a Resolution calling a public hearing on the proposed budget for <br />FY2022-2023. <br />28. Discuss and act on a Resolution calling a public hearing on the proposed tax rate for <br />FY2022-2023. <br />29. Discuss and act in support of the proposed tax rate prior to public hearing on same. <br />30. Discuss and act on a Resolution amending the Board Policy to include a deadline for <br />receiving applications for Boards and Commissions. <br />31. Receive report from the evaluation committee, review evaluation instruments and select <br />dates to evaluate the City Council employees. <br />32. Convene into executive session pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Texas Government <br />Code, Consultation with Attorney, to receive legal advice from the City Attorney about <br />(1) pending or contemplated litigation and/or (2) on matters in which the duty of an <br />attorney to her client under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the <br />State Bar of Texas clearly conflict with this chapter. <br />
