Love Civic Center <br />Governing Board Minutes <br />Love Civic Center <br />June 9, 2022 <br />Present: Curtis Fendley, Angie Carter, Dr. Shaneka Scott, Sydney Young, Dr. Wally Kraft, Trey Peeples, Colton Perry <br />Brittany Johnson, Robert Staples, Jerimy Beshirs, Russell Jackson. Kenzie Jackson, guest of Sydney Young. <br />Staff: Gina Crawford, Randy Nation and Paul Allen <br />Curtis Fendley called the meeting to order at 12:17 pm <br />Russell Jackson gave an overview of the May 2022 financials. These were accepted into the minutes by Curtis <br />Fendley. <br />April minutes were reviewed. A motion to approve was made by Colton Perry, seconded by Trey Peeples, motion <br />passed unanimously. <br />Paul Allen stated that the renovations are slowly moving along, paint is complete on outside and has begun on <br />inside, we are still waiting for tile to arrive, should be here by June 13, 2022. The main hall and kitchen floor <br />started today and will be complete in 10 days. Paul Allen also stated that the new carpet for main hall wall would <br />be around 12K and the kitchen floor will be around 15K. <br />Curtis Fendley gave a motion to adjourn at 12:23 pm. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Gina Crawford <br />
