5. Any proposed alternations to the drainage ditch that cuts across Lots 4 & 5 <br />must first be approved by the City of Paris. This includes but is not limited to <br />grading, relocating, lining, or widening the existing drainage ditch. Plans and <br />relevant calculations should be provided to the City showing that any proposed <br />alterations will not negatively impact adjacent properties. <br />A motion to approve the preliminary plat with conditions was made by Chance Abbott, <br />seconded by Austin Anthony. Motion carried 6-0. <br />13. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of the Little Hollow Estates CB317, LCAD <br />Property 50201, located in the 2200 Block of NE 36th Street. <br />Mack presented the item to the commissioners stating that engineering staff has reviewed <br />the final plat and recommends approval with the same noted conditions of the <br />preliminary plat. Mack advised this property is not within the floodplain to address the <br />citizen's concern that spoke during the forum. <br />A motion to approve the final plat with conditions was made Chance Abbott, seconded by <br />Michael Mosher. Motion carried 6-0. <br />14. Request items for future agendas. <br />No request were made at this time. <br />15. Meeting adjourned at 5:46 p.m.. <br />APPROVED THIS 13th DAY OF SEPTEMBER 2022 <br />
