EXHIBIT A <br />SUPPLEMENT N0. 3 <br />This Supplement to the Agreement for Professional Services dated May 7, <br />1982, between the City of Paris, Texas, and CRS Group Engineers, Inc., <br />hereby authorizes CRS SIRRINE, INC. (successor to CRS Group Engineers, <br />Inc.) to perform the work described for the payment stated below. <br />Scope of Work <br />The scope of work under this supplement includes the following: <br />1. Design and preparation of plans and specifications for a sewage <br />pumping station of 8.5 million gallons per day peak capacity and <br />a flow metering and control system. The pumping station, <br />metering station and control system will pump sewage from the <br />sewage plant interceptor system into a city designed <br />equalization basin during periods of high flow; and allow for <br />controlled gravity flow back into the interceptor from the <br />equalization basin during periods of low flow. <br />The above scope of work is further defined as including Article II, <br />paragraphs. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 of the Agreement. <br />The City of Paris will furnish CRSS with necessary site surveying <br />information, a soils report specific to conditions at the pumping station <br />site, and information as to location, elevation, and design for the <br />equalization basin to enable the design. <br />Remuneration <br />The City of Paris shall compensate CRS SIRRINE for providing the services <br />in the scope of work in accordance with Article III, paragraphs 4.a.(3.) <br />salary cost times a multiplier. The fee factor for this project shall be <br />2.76 times direct salary cost. Expenses shall be billed at cost <br />including mileage on personal auto use of 10.205Imile. The total cost <br />including expenses shall not exceed $45,000 unless further authorization <br />is obtained from the City. <br />
