All preliminaryplat comments shall be satisfactorily addressed ((Chapter 9, <br />Exhibit A, Section V). <br />2. Show minimum finished floor elevations (Chapter 9, Exhibit A, Section V (8)). <br />A motion to approve the final plat with conditions was made by Austin Anthony, <br />seconded by Michael Mosher. Motion carried 6-0. <br />12. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of the Little Hollow Estates CB317, <br />LCAD Property 50201, located in the 2200 Block of NE 36th Street. <br />Mack presented the item to commissioners stating that engineering has reviewed the <br />preliminary plat and recommends approval with the following conditions: <br />1. Chapter 9, Exhibit A, Section IV, (6): There are a number of large trees that <br />should be shown. <br />2. Chapter 9, Exhibit A, Section IV, (9): A 20' drainage easement should be added <br />for the channel that cuts through Lots 4 and S <br />3. Chapter 9, Exhibit A, Section IV, (9): Oncor has requested that a 10' utility <br />easement be shown running north/south along the inside of each property line <br />post -ROW dedication. They have also requested that on either side of the length <br />of each property line running east/west a S' utility easement be shown except for <br />at the north and south most property lines where a 10' easement shall be shown <br />instead. <br />4. Chapter 9, Exhibit A, Section VIII, A, E7, E14: An amendment to the .Master <br />Thorough Plan shall be put forward before the approval of the final plat in order <br />to prevent the necessitation of dedication of ROW for a planned arterial road. <br />
